Who is it for?
People join our Wim Hof Method workshops out of curiosity, to experience a still mind in near-freezing water, build mental strength, or explore self-healing.
Suitable for anyone in reasonable health, no experience is needed! However, those with pregnancy, heart conditions, epilepsy, or other serious health issues should consult a GP first.
You'll leave feeling energised, motivated, and equipped with tools to continue at home. A health declaration and waiver are required before attending.
