Cancellation Policy
For workshop bookings, a full refund can be issued up to 14 days prior to a workshop. Within 14 days of a workshop, no refunds are offered, but we may offer to reschedule to the next available workshop if possible. We will, of course, discuss this with you. We appreciate that life sometimes interferes with plans; all we ask is that you communicate with us, and we will do our best to reschedule any booking made within a reasonable time period, usually 3 months. If you decide to purchase any personalised product from this site, such as a 1-to-1 product, you will enter into a contract of sale with us at the point of sale. If you change your mind about the purchase, you are entitled to a refund for the 14 days following the purchase. If your product starts within that 14-day period and you decide to cancel, you will not be fully refunded, but the amount of any time used or value received will be deducted from your refund. Deductions will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. Corporate client cancellations for products will be subject to cancellation charges of 25% of the agreed fees for 3 weeks' cancellation notice in advance of the agreed supply date, 50% of the agreed fees for 2 weeks' cancellation notice in advance of the agreed supply date, and 75% of the agreed fees for 1 week's cancellation notice in advance of the agreed supply date.
